Jakarta (ANN) – The Director General of Department of Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil), Ministry of Home Affairs, Prof. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh said that the collaboration between Dukcapil and State Cyber and Code Agency (BSSN) really reflects that governance must be synergistic. One of the synergies between the two institutions is manifested in electronic signature innovation in the spirit of Dukcapil Go Digital. “Electronic signature innovation was actually built together with BSSN.
The head of the Dukcapil Service in the regions can only issue population documents if the electronic signature authentication has been registered with the BSSN Electronic Certification Agency,” said Prof. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, during a visit to the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) office, in Ragunan, on Thursday (04/10/2021).
Prof. Zudan on that occasion was received by the Head of BSSN, Hinsa Siburian, and his staff. Added Prof. Zudan, the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration of the Ministry of Home Affairs (Ditjen Dukcapil Kemendagri) continues to synergize with the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) to build digitization of population administration services and secure big data.
Zudan also expressed his deepest gratitude to the leadership and ranks of BSSN who have provided a lot of support and assistance for the development of Adminduk management towards digital nationally. “On February 9 2019, we Dukcapil in Indonesia launched Dukcapil Go Digital which shifted wet signatures to electronic signatures. ” This cannot be realized without the support of BSSN,” said Zudan.
514 regencies/cities if the electronic signature authentication process in the BSSN is stuck, then the administrative services in the regions must be jammed as well. In addition, Zudan also asked for support and assistance to BSSN to always be at the forefront in terms of security and security of Dukcapil data.
On this occasion, the Head of BSSN, Hinsa Siburian, was committed to continuing to assist and support the improvement of data security from various Ministries /Agencies to Local Governments, including Dukcapil. Hinsa said that basically data security issues require high attention and great attention. “In 2021 alone, as of January to October there are 1,191,320,498 traffic anomalies/cyber attacks in Indonesia’s cyberspace,” said Hinsa.
This is due to the increasingly massive use of digital technology. “Increased use of digital technology is directly proportional to the increased risk of cybercrime,” said Hinsa. “Therefore, it is necessary to have a thorough supervision of both system attacks and physical attacks,” he concluded.
