The leadership system of PTPN 1 Regional 6 is not only detrimental to the people but also to the state

Langsa.ANN | Although there have been many exchanges of directors who are now known as Regional Heads (RH), PTPN 1 Regional 6 has still never benefited the country.
After this media conducted an investigation with several ex-employees of the company, such are supervisor, managers and ordinary staff, we found a chaotic performance system for the leaders that was considered rotten and adhered to the land mafia style, exactly the feudal and capitalist style.
More a year ago, the PWRI (association journalist of republic Indonesia ) Aceh province received a report from the family (heirs) of Harun Ali by directly bringing the files (documents) of their land ownership that had been seized by the state-owned enterprises (BUMN) company since 1973 and since that year the company has controlled and plowed the community’s land without hesitation and shame as if they were the new era colonizers in Aceh.
Based on the report, PWRI Aceh rushed to Langsa to the PTPN 1 Regional 6 office located in Paya Bujok Seuleumak Langsa Baro village, Langsa City. PWRI’s intention to meet with the regional head (RH), namely Syahriadi Siregar, was dashed since then and was replaced by his Head of Public Relations, namely Muhammad Febriansyah.
In the audience of the ANN and PWRI as media organisation with PTPN 1 Regional 6, nothing more and nothing less than wanting them to show their land ownership letters or deeds for us to compare data with the ownership of Harun Ali’s heirs, but until the discussion was finished, PTPN 1 Regional 6 had not been able to decide anything.

After that, a few months later, PWRI returned to PTPN 1 Regional 6 to meet RH again, but could not be found because RH was reportedly not there.
A few weeks later, PWRI returned to PTPN 1 Regional 6 to officially deliver a letter to be able to have an audience with RH to discuss the continuation of the case and even entered data in the guest book several times, but for more than three months I waited but RH never replied to the letter or contacted the chairman of PWRI Aceh who had given his cellphone number and WhatsApp in the letter.
And most recently around the third week of September 2024, PWRI returned to the PTPN 1 Regional 6 office and when the chairman of PWRI Aceh was right in front of the entrance to the guard post, the chairman of PWRI Aceh felt very happy because at the same time RH got out of his car and received respect from all security officers like a general army getting out of the car and walking on the red carpet, but unfortunately RH’s manners are questionable, how could it not be when RH entered and the chairman of PWRI entered, but when the chairman of PWRI asked one of the security guards to ask for time to meet with RH and less than five minutes the security returned to report that RH could not be met because he was in a meeting.

It is extraordinary that this BUMN has a leader who is not media friendly, even the chairman of a professional organization is not considered a partner as if he were the king of all kings who were colonizing of the whole earth. Remember that the leaders of the previous struggle were actively uniting to maintain peace on the this earth of the Republic of Indonesia, so don’t act like a colonizer who will certainly hurt the feelings of the Acehnese people whose land has been seized and hijacked illegally.
The arrival of the PWRI chairman was to convey news through a letter or form from the secretary general (sekum) of the DPP PWRI in Jakarta and the form was obtained from the office of the Ministry of State Secretariat through the public relations of the Kemensekneg which was reported directly by Harun Ali’s son as the heir to the ownership of the land that had been illegally seized by PTPN 1 Regional 6 and Muhadis Radafi had accompanied directly by the Secretary General of the Central PWRI, namely Jagad Supriyanto.
To be noted that the letter in the form of a complaint form was directed directly by the staff of the Deputy of the Kemensekneg to be addressed to the leadership of PTPN 1 Regional 6 both vertically and horizontally, whether or not to meet with the leadership of the PTPN 1 Regional 6 company or not, later we will hand it back to the legal staff of the deputy of the Ministry of State Secretary (Kemensekneg), said one of the staff handling the case.
