President Director of IRJ Group Hj. Rizayati: Synergy is needed to support MSMEs
Jakarta (ANN) – In the midst of the revival of national economic conditions after being hit by the Covid-19 storm, it brought fresh air to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
President Director of PT Imza Rizky Jaya (IRJ) Group, Dr (Cn) Hj. Rizayati, SH, MM, said that the increase or decrease in economic growth in Indonesia is influenced by various factors, one of which is the involvement of MSMEs.
MSMEs, said the young entrepreneur from Bireuen, Aceh, who have won various prestigious awards, are part of the national economy that is self-reliant, and has great potential to improve people’s welfare.
“SMEs have a significant role in the country’s economic growth.
For that we need synergy from all parties, the government and the private sector to support MSMEs,” said Hj. Rizayati told the StrategiNetwork news agency, Monday (25/4/2022).
Hj. Rizayati said that MSMEs were able to absorb a large number of workers, namely 97 percent of the absorption capacity of the business world.
The large number of MSMEs, he said, is directly proportional to the number of jobs in Indonesia, so MSMEs have a big share in the absorption of labor.
“This MSME is the focus of our attention. To improve the poor condition of MSMEs due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is necessary to approach MSME business actors, such as training, providing support for MSME business actors, capital, marketing, and technology-based entrepreneurship development, “said Hj. . Rizayati, who is also the initiator of the Bright Indonesia program. (win/red)
