KUALA LANGSA PORT REOPENS,
KSOP WITH NAGATA SHIP OWNER HAD AGREED

Langsa City (ANN) | After a long time, the Kuala Langsa Port will be reopened on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 through the inaugural launching of day import exports by Aceh Governor Ahmad Marzuki.

This was conveyed by Economic and Development Assistant Ali Mustafa, SE when chairing a finishing meeting with entrepreneurs, Heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), and other vertical agencies in the Langsa Mayor’s Hall Friday (3/3).
Furthermore, he said, the exported goods consisted of agricultural, fishery and plantation products through the Nagata Motorboat owned by Muslim Banda Aceh and KM Bowou Farungo Ship owned by Anto from Tanjung Balai.

To other entrepreneurs given the opportunity to utilize this port, hopefully it can be enlivened according to the predetermined schedule, namely Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday with Malaysian destinations namely Lumut Port, Hutan Melintang, and Thailand namely Satun Port and Kantang Port.

Then this activity was also attended by the Advisory Coordinator of the Maritime and Fisheries Minister Romindahuri, Regents / Mayors of Aceh, Regional Head of Aceh Customs, Forkopimda, Heads of SKPD and other vertical agencies.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Kuala Langsa Class IV Harbor and Port Authority Office (KSOP) Andi Laisdi, SH. MH with the Nagata Muslim Motorboat Entrepreneur expressed Islah (negociated)  and forgave each other for the miscommunication that was stirred up by several Online Media.

Previously, the chairman of the Langsa DPRK Maimul Mahdi  S.Sos I  and a member of the DPR-RI from the Golkar party from Langsa as well Ilham Pangestu had also voiced allegations that certain parties were hampering socio-economic development at the port of kuala langsa.

Actually, Andi said KSOP is very supportive of the economic movement of the community but the entrepreneurs must also fulfill the existing provisions. Alhamdulillah, the owner of the Nagata Ship has completed all the provisions. So this is not a chaos, just a misunderstanding and please media colleagues not to exaggerate which results in the Port of Kuala Langsa being harmed because entrepreneurs will retreat later. There is no problem that we cannot solve as long as we still want to. Thus said Andi after receiving the apology of the owner of KM Nagata Muslim at the Finishing meeting forum. (**)
