Horrified! Not only are profits obtained in this country, but the foreigners are free to persecute the people of this country.

North Lombok (ANN) | Its absolutely horrified, the foreign businessman from other country didnt only able to obtained the profits but they have the heart to prosecute one of their worker who worked as an servant at one of Bar and Restaurant in Gili Trawangan, north Lombok.

CHRONOLOGY OF EVENTS

There was an alleged criminal act of persecution committed jointly / beating committed by Mr. PHILIP and Mr. KAHA to the victim with the initial chronology on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at around 22.00 Wita at Coco Cabana Bar & Restaurant at Dsn.Gili Trawangan, Gili Indah village, subdistrict.Pemenang District. Lotara.

Starting when the victim was delivering tequila liquor to the boss (representative owner of Coco Cabana) of the victim on behalf of Mr. PHILIP who happened to be gathering with his friends on the second floor at Coco Cabana Bar & Restaurant. PHILIP who happened to be gathering with his friends on the second floor of the Coco Cabana Bar & Resto then the victim met and listened to the story of the child of a guest who visited the Coco Cabana Bar & Resto where the victim worked as a form of hospitality for the victim to serve guests, then immediately the victim was reminded by one of the victim’s coworkers that Mr. PHILIP would be angry at this.

After that, the victim’s coworker named ADE informed the victim by saying that  PHILIP told the victim to go to the kitchen area to help clean up in the kitchen area, and then the victim headed towards the kitchen area but halfway to the kitchen area Mr. PHILIP called the victim and emphasized that the victim had to go to the kitchen area to help clean up, after the victim was in the kitchen area a few moments later Mr. PHILIP and Mr. KAHA were in the kitchen area.

Mr. PHILIP and Mr. KAHA came to the victim who was in the kitchen area and Mr. PHILIP entered the kitchen area then grabbed the victim’s right arm and dragged the victim to the outside of the kitchen area precisely in the hallway leading to the kitchen, than without any clear reason Mr. PHILIP and Mr. KAHA threw a punch at the victim who was in the kitchen area.

KAHA threw a punch at the victim which hit him on the head and body, after that the victim tried to avoid running towards the office room to save himself but was chased by PHILIP and  KAHA and another beating occurred at that place, after the victim tried to run to save himself, the wife of Mr. PHILIP came to the office room.

After that the victim and his coworkers went to the house of the Gili Trawangan Hamlet Chief to inform him about the incident and were directed to Pemenang Police Station to report the incident.

Due to the incident the victim suffered scratches to the face, to be precise on the left side of his head above his left ear, and bruises on his back which caused the victim to feel pain in his head and hands.

Address : Dsn. Karang Subagan, Desa Pemenang, Lombok Utara.

Citizenship : Indonesia.

Regarding on that case the editorial of this media (ANN) had sent the reporter DANA to reporting the chronology by meeting with the victim, the whitness dan Chief Criminal Unit of Subdistrict Pemenang Police Station.
