“This perspective must be corrected. It is time for women to appear as guardians of change.

If women get equal opportunities and roles with men, the potential for human resources in Indonesia will be much greater, and this will be beneficial and beneficial for the development of the nation,” said Risdiana.
Risdiana says, in the current global era, the role of women is very important.
